Marketing Lead

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team. As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies to generate leads, promote our products/services, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and promote our products/services
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights
• Create and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including copywriters, designers, and digital marketing specialists
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Min 65% in 10th and 12th.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and software
• Proven experience as a Marketing Lead or similar role
• Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals
