Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for technical positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical job market and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Post job descriptions on job boards and other relevant platforms.
  • Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our recruiting process.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for core technical roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Applicant tracking systems will be an added advantage.
