Technical Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of complex technical projects. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams of developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize technical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and other technical professionals, to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budget, including forecasting and reporting on project expenses and resource utilization
- Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet technical specifications and business requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement changes as needed
- Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, requirements, and project reports
- Lead project team meetings and facilitate communication among team members
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development or engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Ability to manage project risks and mitigate issues
- Experience managing project budgets and resources
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
